Elegant hand-embroidered patiala salwar kameez

The fabric in this dressy short-sleeve salwar suit has an elegant sheen and a slight slub texture. it looks like cotton silk but I"™m not certain of the fiber. The kameez is edged with gold tissue around the neckline and along the side slits. Primary colors: cream. rose brown, and forest green. The kameez has hand-worked iridescent bead and sequin embroidery. The patiala-style salwar is very full with beautiful draping down the back of the leg and lots of pleats across the front yoke. Comes with a soft, sheer dupatta edged with gold tissue. Fit: The kameez is made to fit someone with a body bust measurement from 37"� (loose fit) to 39"� (snug fit). Although it's technically a size 40, the actual kameez bust measurement is 41"�. Care: Wash pieces separately with gentle soap and lay flat or hang away from sunlight to dry. This suit requires light ironing to look its best. NOTE: the lining in this kameez should not be ironed directly. Use a press cloth or set the iron to low ("nylon"�) heat.

Condition

This salwar suit has fresh, even color and texture, with only light signs of normal wear and no holes or stains. The embroidery looks great but there are occasional sequins or beads missing.
