Goldenrod hand painted self-woven fabric set

This fabric is a beautiful goldenrod with a hand-painted floral panel designed to adorn a tunic or blouse hem and the sleeves. The weave has an interesting pattern of variations, and if anyone knows what to call this, I'd appreciate hearing from you. This fabric was made in India, probably in the 1990s. The fabric is fairly lightweight and falls gracefully. The fiber is synthetic, and feels like a rayon/synthetic blend. The fabric is just under 5 yards in length and 44" wide. The painted area is probably designed to run across a tunic hem or as an asymmetrical design across the front of a blouse., and there are two other sections of approximately 8" x 8" each designed to adorn the sleeves. The colors are quite striking, and there are swatch marks along the cut edge of the fabric where the artist tested and refined the palette. This piece of fabric was designed for apparel, but would also make great accent pieces for the home.Regarding international shipping: please note that customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipping fees are non-refundable.I don't have Pantone cards, but I can send closest Sherwin-Williams paint chip matches if you need more color information.
