Pure Indian cotton Rajkot saree with blouse & petticoat

Pure Rajasthani cotton saree with a traditional block print and border in parrot green and white. This cotton is light and soft, but stays crisp and comfortable much better than most other pure cottons.  (This saree will have more softness and drape  after the first washing; the manufacturer used quite a bit of starch or sizing!)  The pico and fall are already stitched. The blouse has princess seams and front hook-and-eye front closure.  Comes with cotton drawstring saree petticoat. Condition: new from India.

Blouse:

• Bust  38" (can be let out 4");
• Length 15"; sleeves 8" with a 12" cuff.
• Front hook-and-eye closure.

Saree:

• Petticoat length 41";
• Saree width 42"; length just under 6 yards. Wash in cold water; hang to dry.

Care: hand wash  or machine wash in delicates bag or on gentle cycle. Hang or lay flat to dry.  

Highlights: The princess-seam blouse doesn't require as much custom fitting as the traditional multi-piece blouse, so is more likely to fit. This fresh, pure green and white contrast beautifully. The cotton is light and breathable, and is somewhat sheer but still provides some coverage. Rajkot and rajasthani cottons are some of the easiest cottons to  maintain and wear.
